It’s the healthiest, low calorie, natural, non-fat bread spread!
We all know that most common bread spreads are high in fat and calories, and are often unhealthy.
Where some Avocado, Tahini or Humus are tasty and much better for our health than Butter or Margarine they still are quite high in fats. They contain much better fats for our body than Butter and Margarine but still a lot of fat.
So if you are trying to lose weight, don’t want to overdo fats, maybe want to have some nuts or seeds instead your bread spread, here comes your solution:
Spread some mashed banana onto your sandwich or roll, load it with plenty of salad and vegies and you have your perfect health boosting, non-fat, low calorie breakfast, afternoon tea or lunch.
Here is a recipe for a perfect healthy, low calorie and non-fat breakfast roll:
- 1 roll (preferably wholemeal)
- Spread some mashed banana on
- Add washed mixed lettuce
- Add washed and sliced capsicum
- Add washed and sliced tomato
- Add sliced beetroot
- Add washed and sliced cucumber
- Add some washed and shredded carrots
- Add alfalfa
