Have you ever tried fresh made juices at home?
For this simple and delicious drink all you need is:
For two glasses:
- 2 Oranges
- ½ Bunch kale
- 5-6 Carrots
Wash the veggies and peel the oranges.
Run it all through the juicer.
Mix well and serve chilled.
Important is: Don’t use too many fruits high in sugar but mix them with a whole lot of green stuff instead.
