Happy New Year everyone!
How do best start the New Year?
From my point of view of course with some wonderful colored, vitamin and minerals loaded, health and energy boosting veggies!
Just grab your favorite roll. In this case I chose a sourdough roll which is very tasty and apparently much better for us than the usually baked bread. Add plenty of lettuce, carrot, cucumber, beetroot and tomato. Replace any bread spread with some avocado and add asparagus as a real treat!
