After last weeks perfect Christmas Hamper, what about a brilliant fruit salad for breakfast, lunch, dinner or to share with your friends for afternoon tea.
1 honeydew melon
1 small mango
2 large handful strawberries
2 small handful red (seedless) grapes
1 large or 2 small banana
Peel or wash the lot. Cut melons, mango, pineapple, bananas and strawberries in biteable pieces. Serve chilled.
