Cabbage is a bit of a boring veggie to most of us, true? We use it in some salads but we never really think about the fantastic benefits cabbage has for us.

Enjoy cabbage raw or slightly cooked and get all the health benefits from it! (Cooking it for too long is known to destroy most of the health benefits.)

As with most things in life: Balanced consumption is a great benefit for our body. Too much of it can affect our thyroid function. So please don’t overdo. There is no need to eat cabbage every day.
