Here is a little extraordinary healthy, as well as, slimming lunch idea I created with only 3 ingredients and with less than 5 minutes to prepare.
- Take some fresh kale, wash thoroughly and cut into ‘sandwich size’ pieces.
- Take two slices of brown bread, thinly spread with unhulled Tahini or honey.
- Add a mountain of kale on one sandwich and put the lid on.
