I always try to encourage my audience to get creative!

No matter where you are … in a restaurant, on a trip, at a party or at home

Get creative and find or make your best food for your body.

Life is never perfect but we can always make the best choice!

Here is a little extraordinary healthy, as well as, slimming lunch idea I created with only 3 ingredients and with less than 5 minutes to prepare.

The Kale SandwichKale Sandwich_Think Smart and Lose Weight_ Sandy Bröcking

  • Take some fresh kale, wash thoroughly and cut into ‘sandwich size’ pieces.
  • Take two slices of brown bread, thinly spread with unhulled Tahini or honey.
  • Add a mountain of kale on one sandwich and put the lid on.
  • Enjoy
