At one of my recent workshops a lovely lady asked me what I would recommend as breakfast for children … Well, I’m not a dietician but I think my breakfast on the day is a brilliant option for everyone including kids.
· 1 small bowl
· 1 Orange
· 1-2 Kiwi Fruit
· Mixed Nuts with raisins
· Shredded coconut
Peel and cut the fruit into bite size pieces.
Sprinkle some nuts and raisin mix on top.
Sprinkle some shredded coconut on top.
Serve and enjoy!
Plenty of vitamins, nuts are great for the brain and you will be surprised how long it lasts.
