I’m not perfect and like many of us I’m often in a hurry to make a meal.
Here is an emergency recipe for a healthy option on very short time.
· Heat it up in a saucepan, add some water.
· Wash and cut all veggies from your fridge that fit in the cooking pot.
· Cook no more than 6 mins / stir occasionally.
· Add some tomato paste and mixed herbs if you like.
Serve yourself a delicious dish within no time at all.
Tip: Serve with some brown rice or a wholemeal roll.
Add different herbs for different flavours.
