The Best Food Choice for a Toddler!

Maybe this is not the one …

Not the best food for a toddler_Think Smart & Lose Weight_Sandy BröckingI simply could not believe my eyes when I recently saw a toddler in a local café, walking in next to his mum and pram, getting the baby chair ready … and being served a can of coke … followed by ice-cream and chips.

I’m not sure if a sugar loaded milkshake is an option but a can of coke for a toddler?

Where is he going to go with this sugar and caffeine cocktail? – Perhaps driving his parents wild? – To the doctor … at some point? – Or perhaps ruin a dedicated teacher’s life in the future?

What’s wrong with us? How can it be that I see toddlers in their prams with a bag of chips in their hands and baby’s get fed with chocolate puddings?

We love our kids, we want the best for them – yet, we often feed them with the worst food available.

Please take care of your kids – in every way – including their food!

It’s worth it!
