Cycling not only helps us lose weight – cycling also keeps our body fit and healthy!
Cycling helps lower high blood pressure and protects our body from heart disease!
Cycling maintains our balance. Many people notice that the older we get the more we struggle with our balance. Therefore keep cycling to keep your balance!
Cycling is like meditation and releases “happy hormones” which make us feel great and eat less!
Cycling burns calories! So the more you cycle, the more you can eat without putting on additional kilos! (Doesn’t that sound fantastic?)
Cycling just like other exercises burns sugar and protects our body from diabetes and its complications!
Cycling gets us out of our daily “box” life and gives our brain new and refreshing ideas.
Cycling helps strengthen our body and protects it from diseases and injuries.
Cycling moves the whole body and therefore strengthens and tones the body muscles which makes you truly look great!
