Healthy Weight Loss Cabbage and Green Bean Salad

Hi everyone!

Who is up for another simple and healthy “quickly fixed” salad?

Try this:

  • ¼ red cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • A handful briefly cooked beans
  • Some celeryCabbage and Green Bean Salad / Think Smart & Lose Weight
  • ½ small cucumber
  • 1 Tbl spoon sesame oil
  • 1 Tbl spoon water
  • Ground pepper for taste

Wash all ingredients and cut in chewable pieces.

Some people react to raw green beans, therefore it is better to briefly cook them. No more than 6 mins).
