Am I making you jealous?

Fantastic! That is exactly what I want to achieve …

Grab your bike and start cycling today. It does not always need to be as spectacular as this. Remember: Small things lead to big things. If you start your bike riding today and gently increase your level you may soon be there.

Please, take care of your body – It’s worth it!

(Remember: If you are overweight or over 40, haven’t done much exercise for some time, have an injury or medical condition or if you are experiencing any pain, please always check with your GP before starting any new exercise.)

Beautiful! These aren’t the Blue Mountains in eastern Washington, by any chance…? (Poking around your site a bit, I don’t think they are.)

I’ve always loved cycling, but I started enjoying it even more once I started taking my bike out into the country, to scenic places, instead of riding it just around town, which is already beautiful but gets old eventually. Looks like you’ve discovered the same thing. It’s a great source of constantly renewing inspiration, and makes it easier to want to exercise regularly.

    • Thanks very much. No sorry, they are the Blue Mountains in NSW / Australia. Lovely to hear from you … and keep cycling the country, as you said as well its great inspiration.
