Super Fast and Healthy Weight Loss Snack with Carrot and Tahini

Hi everyone!

Do you get the feeling of needing a healthy nibble while busy working? Do you need a light lunch or a healthy snack for you and your kids?Carrots by Sandy Bröcking / Think Smart & Lose Weight

Here is the superb solution. It can’t get any simpler:

Grab some carrots, wash them thoroughly. (Try to avoid peeling them if possible as many nutrients are in and near the skin). 

Arrange your carrots on a plate.

Tahini Jar by Sandy Bröcking / Think Smart & Lose Weight

Put some Tahini (sesame paste) into a small bowl for dipping.

That’s it! Enjoy!
