Why add Cashew Nuts to a Healthy Weight Loss Meal?

Among plenty of superb and healthy vegies in last weeks recipe like broccoli and cauliflower, adding some cashew nuts to your dish or salad not only adds to the flavour.

Their fat is 90% unsaturated which makes it a healthy choice and is great nutrition for our brain.

Like with most nuts their fats are known to lower the bad fats and increase the good ones and therefore protects our body from heart disease.

Have a variety of nuts to get the best of them all. Don’t overdo as they are high in fat but have some nuts instead of other fats.

It is known that with having a small amount of nuts instead of other fats it is much easier to lose weight.

Please, think about it. It’s well worth to replace the usual processed and for our body “bad” fats with some healthy nuts as many times as possible – For our health and our weight!
