Why not swap your ice-cream with the usual mountain of whipped cream and chocolate topping … to a better option?

Try this one: (pp)Banana & Blueberry Desert by Sandy Brocking / Think Smart and Lose Weight

  • 1 banana (sliced)
  • Some blueberries (washed)
  • Add both into desert bowl
  • Add some crushed nuts on top
  • Add some shredded coconut on top
  • If you have to have it sweet try a little Maple Syrup rather than sugar.
