The Excuse – Syndrome

Anybody heard of the ‘Excuse –Syndrome’ before?

Whenever we want to do some exercise, it’s either too cold, too hot, too rainy or too dark? Don’t we in fact all know the ‘Excuse-Syndrom’ too well?

All we need to do is: Do it! Go for a walk; take your bike for a ride. Stop the excuses and simply do it!

Remember: The weather is never wrong – you just need to wear the right clothes!
