Exercise for Weight Loss, Health and your Life

Hi everyone!

Don’t forget your exercise! I can’t stress enough how important exercise is.

Remember: You don’t have to run a marathon but do some exercise regularly.

40-60 minutes a day are the minimum. If you only

It’s for yourself, your body and your life!

Again a wonderful person and good friend of mine has been admitted to hospital.

He is almost blind most likely as a result of an unhealthy lifestyle. Now he is diagosed with heart disease as well as diabetes.

Please everyone “Think”!

“Think Smart & Lose Weight”! Believe me – it’s not as difficult as most of us think. It’s for you, your kids and grandkids, your health and your life!

Why not do something about it – and why not start now before it’s too late!

Take care of your body – it’s worth it.
