For anyone who is interested in fast weight loss diets and diet programs:
Remember that research shows that most diet products and programs only have a 5% long-term success. It’s commonly known that while you are on a diet your metabolism drops and most of the time people end up with even more weight on the scales than before the diet. Why not stop the senseless “Jo-jo dieting” and start looking at weight loss from a fresh point of view.
