We always here that if you want to lose weight or have a healthy diet you’re not allowed to eat pizza. I think that’s totally wrong.
Here is a great recipe for an absolute fantastic, low calorie, low fat, healthy and slimming pizza.
- Use a large pizza base (wholemeal base preferred if available)
- Standard tomato base
- Fresh tomatoes (washed and sliced)
- Eggplant or Zucchini
- Baby-Spinach (on top)
- Use standard cooking times
Important: Do not add cheese on top. Cheese just adds plenty fat to your meal and makes you overweight. Cheese also takes away the great flavours of your vegies.
You can always use a standard vegetarian pizza and add the above shown ingredients either at the restaurant or (cooked or steamed for 5-6 mins) at home.
Enjoy a low calorie pizza that is good for you and for your body.
