Try my Crunchy Carrot and Spinach Wrap!

Anyone interested in a simple, refreshing, healthy and low calorie lunch?

Take:

  • Wholemeal or corm wraps
  • Baby spinachCrunchy Carrot and Spinach Wrap by Sandy Bröcking
  • Carrots
  • Tahini
  • Ground pepper for taste

How to do it? – Simple!

  • Wash carrots and baby spinach
  • Scrape skin off carrots if needed
  • Place wrap on large plate
  • Add some Tahini and ground      pepper
  • Add baby spinach
  • Add 1-2 carrots on top
  • Wrap it all up and Enjoy
