Dogless Hot Dog

Hello again!

Everyone loves Hot Dogs but have you ever tried a “Dogless Hot Dog”?

Well, it is much healthier for your body, low in fat, supports weight loss, tastes great and is a fantastic new idea to impress your friends.

How does it work?

Take:

  • ¼ red cabbage
  • ¼ white cabbage
  • 1 carrotDogless Hot Dog Mix by Sandy Bröcking / Think Smart & Lose Weight
  • 2-3 celery sticks

Wash, cut into small pieces and mix all up in a mixing bowl.

  • 1 small onion

Slice  in rings and cook in pan till brown / use very small amount oil.

  • 2 tablespoon TahiniDogless Hot Dog Mix by Sandy Bröcking / Think Smart & Lose Weight
  • Tomato sauce
  • Mustard
  • Ground pepper

Mix with vegies.

  • 3-4 Hot Dog Buns

Slice half open, fill with veggie mix and add cooked onion on top.

Use long brown rolls – It’s even better for your body, your weight and your health!

Make a bowel of fresh mixed leave and tomato salad to go with it.
