Order a tasty, refreshing, low calorie and “feel good” salad or salad roll instead of your usual oily and heavy calorie ‘fish and chips’ meal.
Here comes the trick:
Make sure the person you are with is facing the water. Stand behind him or her and give them a nice relaxing neck and shoulder massage while you wait for your meal. Good idea?
I bet your friend will love it and maybe you can trick him or her into giving you one after the meal, as well.
I don’t know anyone who doesn’t like a massage and we regularly receive very jealous looks.
