Tasty and Low Calorie Dinner

Anybody interested in a very tasty, low calorie, cholesterol reducing and healthy dinner?

Take a biiiig bowl.Healthy Dinner by Sandy Bröcking

Fill it ¾ with washed and cut lettuce.

Add red cabage. Washed and sliced.

Add 1 tomato. Washed and sliced

Add 1 carrot. Washed and sliced.

Make a simple and tasty dressing:

Take a few spoons TahiniHealty Dinner by Sandy Bröcking

Mix with a bit of sesame oil to make it less sticky

Add ground pepper

If you like add a bit of lemon juiceHealthy Dinner by Sandy Bröcking

Serve with tasty wholemeal bread.
