Anybody interested in a very tasty, low calorie, cholesterol reducing and healthy dinner?
Fill it ¾ with washed and cut lettuce.
Add red cabage. Washed and sliced.
Add 1 tomato. Washed and sliced
Add 1 carrot. Washed and sliced.
Make a simple and tasty dressing:
Mix with a bit of sesame oil to make it less sticky
Add ground pepper
Serve with tasty wholemeal bread.
