Small changes can make a big difference …

Why do I often get the impression that due to for me unknown reasons the moment most people step on an escalator they seem to lose all functionality of their body.Escalator by Sandy Bröcking

If there is an escalator available it does not necessarily mean that we are not allowed to move anymore.

Did you know that walking up an escalator is quite possible?

Increases your health and fitness levels?

Is good for your heart?

Can lower your cholesterol and sugar levels?

Is even a little workout for your body that increases your joint and muscle function? That it even burns energy and helps you lose weight?

That where there are escalators, very often some abandoned stairs are available as well?

Think about your past life. How often have you been just like one of the people in the picture?

Now think about your future. Can you see a small change that you can do from now on?

Let’s get moving – for our bodies, for our health and for us.

Please note this tip is for the majority of us. People like me who often try to use any excuse to be a “little bit lazy”. If you have an injury or other health problem, then of
course escalators and lifts are created to help you get from point A to B
without mobility needed.
