If there is an escalator available it does not necessarily mean that we are not allowed to move anymore.
Did you know that walking up an escalator is quite possible?
Increases your health and fitness levels?
Is good for your heart?
Can lower your cholesterol and sugar levels?
Is even a little workout for your body that increases your joint and muscle function? That it even burns energy and helps you lose weight?
That where there are escalators, very often some abandoned stairs are available as well?
Think about your past life. How often have you been just like one of the people in the picture?
Now think about your future. Can you see a small change that you can do from now on?
