It’s summer on the European side of the world and the best time to enjoy a great barbie!
How about a barbie that is easy to prepare, is extremely healthy, has all the fun you want and even helps you lose weight.
Have a look at this:
What to do:
- Take some kebab sticks
- Grab yourself some vegies like: Zucchinis, mushrooms, capsicum, tomatoes, onion, pumpkin … or whatever else you find …
- Wash the vegies and cut into large size pieces that fit on the kebabs
And voila … here is your great tasting and even cholesterol lowering barbie …
Take some lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and red onion. Wash and slice, add a little olive or sesame oil, maybe some ground pepper. Mix all in bowl … and you have your perfect addition to your barbie.
Have a tasty wholemeal roll with it and a drink of your choice.
