Hi there. Can’t believe that I finally got this blog going.
As you know I’ve been pretty big. That’s a long time ago but it still sits somehow in my stomach if you know what you mean. Some things we never forget.
A huge part of my life I hopelessly struggled to get rid of those excessive fat stores that clung to my body like blocks of sticky goo. For me they weren’t only annoying — no — I didn’t like them at all. Already at a young age I felt I was puffing like an old steam train when it came to any movement that was faster than walk.
Somehow I started thinking that there must be another way and to my own surprise, the kilos started dropping. Those extra kilos that I used to drag around with me, have now totally disappeared a long time ago. Lucky me.
But for years I’ve been watching too many people fighting with their bodyweights, where many helplessly tried one diet after the next which were often ineffective in the long term and often expensive (in the short term).
As a professional and a human, I finally had enough and decided that I want to do something about it. But what can I do? — I wasn’t sure and therefore I started writing and created ‘Think Smart & Lose Weight’.
