Author of the best selling book 'Think Smart & Lose Weight'. I used to be heavily overweight and I still think I was the fattest baby ever born in my hometown. Only 5% of Diet and Weight Loss Products and Programs have a long-term success. Losing weight for good is not about expensive or radical diet regimes – it’s about knowledge, motivation and small daily changes that improve our lifestyle. After my spare tyres disappeared a long time ago, I decided to help people lose weight the healthy way and the simplest way; without being forced into rigorous, radical or expensive diet regimes.
